Haitian Girl here! 32, married, 2 kids… Perfect life right? Not quite. But I’m not complaining. Just like anyone, I got challenges to face. Still, I always try to face them with a smile.
I decided to start this blog because I thought it would be a fun way to share my world and mainly some Haitian recipes. There aren’t a lot of them on the net. Trust me, since I’ve moved out of my parents’, I’ve looked.
So for the girls and boys who like to try things and are not necessarily great Haitian-food cooks, stay tuned. Don’t worry, I will run all my recipes by my mom first just in case. However, they will be simplified for the modern Haitians who do not have a lot of time, like me.
